Description

With over 14 years of experience in education, I specialize in standardized test preparation (ACT, SAT, LSAT, and GRE), academic tutoring, and writing support. My journey in education began as a test prep tutor, a role that quickly became a passion and led me to spend eight years as a full-time educator.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, graduating cum laude with Distinction in the English Major. Afterward, I pursued a certificate in Publishing from New York University and worked in the editing industry with renowned publishing houses such as Random House and Scholastic. I later attended Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating cum laude, before transitioning to a career in education. I then earned my Master’s in Education and taught 3rd grade, as well as 7th- and 8th-grade social studies.
As a tutor, my top priority is adapting to each student’s learning style to ensure comprehension and confidence. I provide support in standardized test strategies, K-8 curriculum (including Spanish), and essay writing and editing. I strive to make learning engaging, interactive, and enjoyable—because education should be both effective and fun!
If you're looking for personalized, supportive, and results-driven tutoring, I’d love to help.
