Jill holds a BS in Communications from the State University of New York @ Fredonia, as well as an ARL Teaching Certification from UNLV. She has also been privileged to attend the Silver State College Board AP Summer Institute, as well as the 2019 Springboard Professional Learning Symposium.
Since a career shift from management consulting to secondary education (and time in between as a stay at home mom), she has been teaching high school ELA in the classroom for the past two years. She has also been an ACT Bootcamp instructor for the Juniors at her current school, and greatly enjoys her one on one work with students in this realm.
Jill is particularly grateful and excited to be able to serve as a private tutor to students who, especially in light of recent times, will benefit significantly from her additional support and attention to their individual academic needs.
Jill is originally from the Northeast, has been living in Las Vegas since 2003, and has two amazing tween daughters who never hesitate to give honest insight on the most impactful ways to teach ELA so that it’s as thrilling to students... as it is to her.
