Jacob Smith

Hello, my name is Jacob Smith and I am a currently junior at the University of Nevada Reno. I am an honors student majoring in wildlife ecology and conservation with a minor in biology. Currently I serve as a board member for the National Wildlife Society and treasurer for the UNR chapter of Habitat for Humanity. I have been tutoring most of my academic career either privately or with ACT camps. I have also been a swim instructor for ages 2-18 for the past 4 years. I am extremely excited to help out anyone in math and science since I understand how difficult it is. Seeing the information click in my student’s head has to be the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. On my off time I am either working outside (trail crew member, animal surveys and plant surveys), snowboarding, skateboarding, or hiking with my dog. I am open to all ages and levels of math/sciences.
